Mandip Ranu joined CCH in February 2018 having practised in the Essex region after qualifying as a solicitor in September 1998. Mandip has been dealing with Private client and Family matters throughout her career. Mandip has extensive experience in these areas and is now specialising in Private Client. She is known for her compassion whilst maintaining a high degree of professionalism, at what can be a very difficult time in one’s life.
At CCH Mandip heads the Private client team at the Woodford Branch. She happily assists with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney or registering Enduring Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. Mandip is able to deal with all matters pertaining to the administration of an Estate following a death. Mandip has successfully completed three parts of the STEPS Diploma in Estates and Trust Administration, with only one part remaining to obtaining the full qualification.
Mandip has experience in Contentious Probate matters assisting family members who are often fragmented. Mandip has successfully made claims under the Inheritance (for Provision of Financial Dependants) Act 1975.
Mandip is a pragmatic, confident individual who prides herself on providing her clients with a high level of committed and efficient service.
Mandip speaks Punjabi fluently. She lives locally with her husband and three children. She enjoys being active and thrives upon a challenge having completed the London marathon, multiple triathlon sprints and reached the summit of Kilimanjaro earlier this year.
